The hotel is located conveniently near Shivaji Nagar, in the heart of Pune, making it a great spot to stay. The rooms, unfortunately, were very old and stuffy, which triggered my allergies instantly. The service was exceptional, with standout team members like Ms Nida and Ms Rashmi making my stay memorable. The dining experience fell short of expectations, not offering the quality expected from such a hotel.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The Peshwar room I initially had was equipped with a working A/C unit, but I had to switch rooms due to unexpected issues like water flooding during a bath. The new room was satisfactory but not quite up to my expectations.

The hotel offers good and luxurious rooms; a special thanks to Ms. Nida for her excellent and very helpful service. The rooms were extremely comfortable. However, for rooms priced up to 5000INR, they are not worth it.
